A1RunGuard is a security program for Windows that prevents the execution of unwanted programs and offers extra protection against Ransomware attacks. It acts as a process blocker, analyzing the attempt to execute executable files and preventing certain programs from running without authorization defined by you.

This software allows you to protect any executable file with a password, either using a general master password or unique passwords for each application you choose to protect. In this way, sensitive or critical applications cannot be started by anyone without the correct credential.

A1RunGuard also offers process blocking by file name or full path, which allows you to determine exactly which programs cannot be executed on the system.
